Terwijl ik zit te bloggen 's morgens vroeg staat mijn yogurt/muesli ontbijtje op een laag pitje in de keuken om de kou er een beetje af te krijgen. Ik heb niet door dat het hier behoorlijk begint te stinken... Alles zwart geblakerd! En rook. Dus ramen tegen elkaar open!

Voor de rest slaapt iedereen nog en dromen ze nu misschien van bosbranden...

Ik ben bang dat ik zo langzamerhand een serieuze risico-factor word!

Last Thursday we had a party in the house. (not a 'house-party'!) Piotr reached his 31th birthday on Wednesday. He is cook and musician (I don't know what first) and a nice person, so all ingredients available to have a nice party. And it was.

Cold Wave

About the so-called 'concert' yesterday evening... It supposed to start at 21.00 PM but the band was busy to arrange and adjust everything for about one and a half hour and after that they started to have a beer... "It's normal" said Piotr...

It was Cold Wave Alternative Rock Ukraina from Lwow. Already far after eleven and a few beers later I decided to go.

I took exactly two pictures from the 'event'.

The man who organized this was wearing a police-uniform. Green, with 'POLIZEI' on his back... It turns out that he has a large collection of all kinds of police-uniforms (also Dutch! and... no Nazi; I asked this, because I thought even 'Polizei' seems to me rather provocative... and could cause some problems on the street... but 'no', people are treating him with respect, asking sometimes the way... probably not knowing exactly what to think...

I didn't take a picture of him but he looked a little bit like this:

The club was - by the way - a very nice one. Tonight I go probably there again for a Funky party with a "live graffity" artist - I think from... Baluty!

Nightmare...

Last week, a nightmare!...

The picture on the kitchen wall came off... Something with the glue. First I thought there was somebody in the house who shouldn't be there, so I took a look...

Then I saw the picture slowly coming down, I was shouting for help to save this 2,5 by 2,5 m. print, but nobody there. I think I managed it finally - more or less - getting it on the floor of my room.

And I woke up alone...

Early morning coffee 7.30 AM. I send a sms to my wife who is - I found this out on Google - 1297 Km from here... See asked me if she is getting tea on bed this morning...

Tja... Mission impossible...
